Shuck & Share 5K + 1 Run/Walk
The Shuck & Share 5K + 1 Run/Walk is scheduled for Sunday, October 4, 2026, at the Huff n' Puff Trail, 3600 Shelton Springs Rd., Shelton, WA 98584. The event coincides with the Washington State Seafood Festival, OysterFest.
The event format is a family-friendly 5K loop that starts and ends at the Huff and Puff across from Shelton High School. The course is a flat 5K loop.
All proceeds benefit Project Share, an assistance program that helps hundreds of low-income families with their electric bills. The event lists a race fee structure: participants 15 years and older pay $25 in advance and $30 on race day; participants 14 and under may register as donation only.
Registration instructions note that all participants must be registered, including those 14 and under. Credit card registration is available online through the Run Sign Up platform. Cash or check registration can be completed using a printed registration form and dropped off at Mason PUD 3 locations; checks should be made payable to Mason PUD 3/Project Share. Packet pickup is available at the registration tent on race day.
