Shore 2 The Pour Beach Run 2026
The event in Stratford, Connecticut features a main 3 mile beach and trail race and a free Kids Fun Run held on the beach after the main race. The paid entry includes a 2026 Two Roads Race T-shirt, a medal and two beers. Registration is limited and there is a date to register to guarantee a shirt size.
The course begins on park driveway and town roads, continues through the Audubon Center on a hard packed grass path for about 0.7 miles, follows the Two Roads Trail on grass and some gravel, and finishes with a stretch entirely on sand along the water. The finish area is on sand and hard packed grass near the pavilion. Each participant’s time is recorded with a chip. A water stop is located just after the halfway point inside the Audubon grounds; runners are encouraged to carry water in warm conditions.
Check-in is available the day before at Two Roads Brewing Company beer garden and on race day at Short Beach pavilion 1. The Kids Fun Run is a beach dash and awards all participants with a medal; children must be supervised at all times.
A post-race gathering at the pavilion will include music, vendors and beer. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Audubon Connecticut at Stratford Point to support habitat and restoration programs, including the Salt Marsh Stewards program.
