SHOC Sunset Run & Walk
SHOC Sunset Run & Walk is an evening run and walk event at Tualatin Community Park on August 1, 2026. The event offers multiple course options and a separate free short walk for children and parents. A finish-line celebration includes music, local vendors, and beverages.
Available course options:
- 5K
- 10K
- 10K two-person relay
- Free 1K walk for kids and parents
All 5K and 10K participants receive a medal and a t-shirt. Course maps are provided for the 5K and 10K routes. Strollers are permitted on the 5K course. Local food trucks will have food available for purchase.

The event is organized by the SHOC Foundation, a volunteer-operated 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Portland, Oregon, that funds ovarian cancer research, raises awareness for early detection and prevention, and provides resources for survivors.
