The Shire Run Carnival & Aquathlon takes place in Kurnell at Bonna Point Reserve, Prince Charles Parade. The event includes running, aquathlon and junior aquathon races across a range of distances and formats held on the same day.

- 1500 m Kids Dash (10 years and under)
- NSW Junior Aquathon Championships – Individuals: age groups 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15 (age at 31 Dec 2026)
- NSW Junior Aquathon Championships – Relays: 2-person teams, each does a swim and a beach run
