Shelby YMCA Triathlon Duathlon
This event takes place on August 15, 2026, at the Shelby YMCA, 111 W. Smiley Ave., Shelby, Ohio. It offers both triathlon and duathlon formats and accepts individual and team entries.
Distances:
- Triathlon: 500 meter swim, 12 mile bike, 3.4 mile run
- Duathlon: 1 mile run, 12 mile bike, 3.4 mile run
Registration opens April 26 and closes August 3. Early registration fees through August 3 are $50 for individual entries and $75 for team entries in both triathlon and duathlon. Fees after August 4 increase to $60 for individuals and $90 for teams. Register by July 24 to be guaranteed a T-shirt. Teams may include up to three participants.
Age group awards are given separately for male and female categories with these groups: 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up. Prizes are awarded to age group winners and to the top overall male and female performers.
