Sheffield Triathlon & Duathlon : 20 June 2027
The event at Rother Valley Country Park, Sheffield, features two sprint multisport races held around three lakes and along country roads. The site offers flat terrain and traffic free paths, and organisers state there are no cut-off times.
Distances:
- Sprint Triathlon: 750 m swim, 22 km cycle, 5 km run
- Sprint Duathlon: 5 km run, 22 km cycle, 3.5 km run
Wetsuit use is optional; organisers recommend wetsuits for buoyancy and comfort when water temperatures allow. A secure transition area will be provided; race and bike numbers determine racking positions. Helmets must be visible and bikes numbered before entering transition, and only competitors may access the transition zone. Competitors must show bib and bike numbers to collect equipment after racing.
Live chip timing is provided by Timing Up North with real-time results. Finishers receive a bespoke event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, and a snack and drink. An exclusive event T-shirt is available to add for £14. Entry pricing listed for 2027 ranges from £35 to £52 depending on race and relay options. On-site parking requires payment at ticket machines.
