Event overview
SHEFFIELD Triathlons & Duathlons 2026 is organised by Wild Deer Events and takes place on Sunday 21 June 2026 at Rother Valley Country Park, Mansfield Rd, Sheffield, S26 5PQ. The event is set around three lakes and country roads. The organisers describe the course as flat and on traffic-free paths. There are no cut-off times for the races.
Race details
Two main event formats are offered, plus relay options:
- Sprint Triathlon: 750m swim, 22km cycle, 5km run
- Sprint Duathlon: 5km run, 22km cycle, 3.5km run
Relay entries are available for both the triathlon and duathlon. Entry prices are listed in a range from £38 to £58. An event T-shirt can be added for £12.00. Entrants must be aged 17 or over on 21/06/2026.
Logistics and facilities
Wetsuit use is optional; wetsuits are recommended for buoyancy and comfort. A secure transition area will be provided; race and bike numbers will match racking spots, a small bag or box is allowed, helmets must be visible and bikes numbered before entry, and only competitors may enter the transition area. Live chip timing will be used with real-time results. All finishers receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, and a post-race snack and drink.
