Course and event information
Distance: 10K run over two laps of the park on an accurately measured course. Terrain is on pathway around lakes, hills, and woodlands within the park. Course records are listed as Male 33:37 (2022) and Female 39:33 (2024).
Facilities and services include toilets and drop-off, first aid, water at various parts of the course, on-day registration, and results published after the event. There are bespoke medals and spot prizes, with trophies for the first three male and female finishers. Parking is available on site at a charge of €1.00 per hour.
