Sheffield City 10K - Rother Valley Country Park
The Sheffield City 10K is a road and park running event organised by MCC Promotions at Rother Valley Country Park, Mansfield Road, Sheffield S26 5PQ on 11 October 2026. The published entry price for the standard 10K is £16 and on-day registration is available.
The course is an accurately measured route consisting of two laps around the park, run mainly on pathway terrain. Water is provided at various points on the course and first aid cover is available. Toilets and a drop-off area are provided near the venue. The event is affiliated to England Athletics and results are published by MCC Promotions.
Facilities include plenty of parking spaces with a stated parking cost of €1.00 per hour, a bespoke finish medal, spot prizes and trophies for the first three male and first three female finishers. Course records noted for the event are 33:37 for the male record (2022) and 39:33 for the female record (2024). The event supports the charity Sport In Mind.
