Sheffield City 10K
The Sheffield City 10K is a 10 km road race held at Rother Valley Country Park, Mansfield Road, Sheffield S26 5PQ. The route runs over two laps on pathway terrain and passes through areas of hills, lakes and woodland within the park.
The course is accurately measured and clearly marked. Support on the course includes water at several points, first aid provision, and toilets with a drop off area nearby. The event is affiliated with England Athletics and race results are published on the organiser's website.
Practical arrangements include plenty of parking with a charge of €1.00 per hour, on day registration, and directions following brown signs from M1 Junction 31, A57 and A618. Awards include a bespoke medal and spot prize, with trophies for the first three male and female finishers. The event lists a charity partner, Sport In Mind.
