Sheffield 10K
The Sheffield 10K takes place in Sheffield on Sunday 26 September 2027, with the start and finish located at Arundel Gate. The route passes Charter Row, Endcliffe Park, Bingham Park, the Botanical Gardens and Ecclesall Road before returning to Arundel Gate. The race distance is 10 km.
Included with entry are a finisher medal, chip timing, a goody bag and an optional finisher t-shirt. Entrants must be aged 15 years or older on the day of the race. There is also a Sheffield DUO season ticket option to enter both Sheffield events in the same season.
On race day an Event Village offers food and drink for purchase, charity stands and post-race services including sports massage. Baggage may be left in a designated baggage store using the baggage label from the race number. Race numbers must not be used by anyone other than the registered entrant; doing so may lead to disqualification.
Water stations provide 330 ml bottles at fixed points on the course and recycling bins are provided at each water station. First aid is available at fixed stations, a first aid unit and recovery unit near the finish, and roaming first aiders. Pacers with visible flags sponsored by Arla Protein will be on course. MarathonPhotos will take race photographs which are available to purchase. Trainer drop-off stations for the JogOn reuse scheme will be available in the Event Village.
