Event Overview

The Sheepwash Classic Fun Run is a revived community event in Barwon Heads, presented by Bellarine Property. The focus is on connection and community participation rather than competition.

The event offers three distances:

1km Dash
4km Run/Walk
8km Run/Walk

Course Details

All events start on soft sand. Approximately 1.5 km of each course is on sand between the Barwon Heads Bridge and Ocean Grove. Course maps are available. The exact starting location will be confirmed closer to the event.

Participant Information

Race bibs are collected on the morning of the event at the official starting area. There is a discount for children under 16 in the 4km and 8km events.

Awards and Prizes

Medals are awarded to place getters in the 4km and 8km events for male and female categories, with additional prizes for top finishers. All children receive a participation ribbon, with special prizes for boys and girls.
