Shea's Chase 5K Run & Walk
Shea's Chase is an annual community 5K run and walk held in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a course that begins and ends at Revolution Mill. The event pairs a timed 5K with a shorter community fun run and includes participant merchandise and a registration drawing for an overnight hotel stay provided by event partners.

The event is dedicated to mental health awareness and suicide awareness. It was established in memory of a person who died by suicide and aims to promote mental wellness through movement and conversation. The 2026 edition marks the event's 11th anniversary.
Proceeds benefit the Kellin Foundation. Funds from Shea's Chase support free counseling, peer support, and wraparound services that serve more than 12,000 children, adults, and families annually in Guilford County and surrounding areas. From 2015 to 2021 the event raised over $400,000 for local mental health programs; since 2022 proceeds have supported programs operated by the Kellin Foundation.
