Shave Cross Mini Marathon 2026
The Shave Cross Mini Marathon takes place on Saturday 1 August 2026 around Shave Cross and Pilsdon in the Marshwood Vale. The event is based at Kittys Farm, Shave Cross, Bridport, Dorset DT6 6HW.
The race distance is 5 mile. The course is undulating and hilly and described as multi-terrain, using country lanes and fields and offering views of the surrounding vale.
Entrant numbers are limited to 70. The minimum age for entry is 12 years. Entry fees listed are Adult £10.00 and Under 16s £5.00. Entries close on 01/08/2026.
Awards include first male and female, first under 16, and first veteran male and female. Medals are provided to all finishers.
Event terms state that deferrals or transfers are not permitted. Race numbers must be collected on the day. Refunds are not offered for individual withdrawals; refunds are only provided in the event of race cancellation.
