Maiden New Ten
The Maiden New Ten is a club-organised 10 km race hosted by Maiden Newton Runners on 22 July 2026. The route is fully signed and marshalled and holds an Association of Running Clubs (ARC) permit. The course uses mixed terrain through the Dorset countryside and includes marshals and on-site St John Ambulance support.
Race headquarters are at The Community Centre, Chilfrome Lane, Maiden Newton, DT2 0AX. Facilities at the race HQ include car parking, toilets, refreshments, and a baggage drop. Homemade cakes are available at the finish.
Entry is limited to 200 runners. Participants must be 16 or older. There are no on-the-day entries; entries must be completed in advance. Early bird fees apply until 1 January 2026: ARC members £14, non-club members £16. Regular fees are listed as £16 for ARC members and £18 for non-club members. The entry deadline is 21 July 2026. Refunds and referrals are not available, but runner-to-runner transfers can be handled via the online account.
Every finisher receives a medal. Prizes are awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed male and female finishers, with age-category prizes for 45+, 55+ and 65+ in both sexes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
