Event Overview
The Maiden New Ten is a 10 km multi-terrain race held in the Dorset countryside. Hosted by the Maiden Newton Runners, the event follows a fully signed and marshalled course through natural landscapes. The race operates under an Association of Running Clubs (ARC) permit and features a route that includes hills and varied terrain.
Logistics and Facilities
The Race HQ is located at The Community Centre on Chilfrome Lane in Maiden Newton. The venue provides several amenities for participants, including:

St John Ambulance staff are present on-site to provide medical support. Registration is limited to a maximum of 200 participants, and all entries must be completed online by the deadline; no entries are accepted on the day of the event.
Participation and Awards
The race is open to runners aged 16 and older. Every finisher receives a medal upon completing the course. Competitive prizes are awarded to the first, second, and third-place male and female finishers. Additionally, awards are provided for top performers in age categories for both men and women, specifically for those aged 45+, 55+, and 65+.
