Maiden New Ten
Maiden New Ten is a 10K road and off road race held on 22 July 2026 with race headquarters at The Community Centre, Chilfrome Lane, Maiden Newton, DT2 0AX. The course is fully signed and marshalled and holds an Association of Running Clubs permit. The route passes through Dorset countryside and includes mixed terrain.
Medical support is provided on site by St John Ambulance staff. Facilities at the race headquarters include car parking, toilets, refreshments, and a baggage drop. Past participants have described the course as scenic and noted the presence of attentive marshals.
Entry fees differ for club members and non-members, with early bird and standard rates listed for each category. Participants must be at least 16 years old. There are no on the day entries; online entry is required. The event is limited to 200 runners and the entry deadline is midnight on 21 July 2026. Refunds and referrals are not available, but runner to runner transfers can be arranged via the entrant account.
Every finisher receives a medal. Prizes are awarded for the first three male and female finishers and for male and female age categories 45 plus, 55 plus, and 65 plus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
