The Sharon Sprint Triathlon takes place at Sharon Town Beach in Sharon, Connecticut. The organizer is Sharon Parks and Recreation. The event includes swim, bike and run segments over measured distances.

Individual registration is listed at $70 and team registration at $100. Packet pick up is available at Sharon Town Beach on the day of the event. There is no day of registration. Parking on the road is recommended; vehicles parked in the lot must remain until the event is finished.
Awards are given for male and female overall placings, male and female age groups first through third, and for teams in male, female, mixed and youth categories.
