Event details
The Shamrock Shuffle takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Otahki Lake KOA in Patterson, Missouri (1224 Wayne 318, Patterson, MO 63956). The event offers the following distances:
- 5k
- 1 Mile
- 1 Mile and 5k combo
Race-day registration and the race meeting place are at Otahki Lake Lodge.
Course and logistics
The course runs through the park and includes moderate hills and gravel paths. The 1-mile fun run uses a continual loop separate from the 5k. Participants who enter both events will keep their 5k bib for the entirety of both races.
Entries, awards and amenities
Entry fees are listed per event. Awards are given to the top three finishers in the 5k. Participants in the 5k and the combo receive a participation medal, snacks, drinks, a sticker, and a t-shirt; shirts are guaranteed for the first 35 participants. 1-mile fun run participants receive a participation medal, drinks, snacks, and a sticker.
Charity
Proceeds from the events will go to Care Camp Foundation. The foundation supports medically supervised pediatric oncology camps that serve children with cancer and their families. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
