Event Overview
The Severance Glow 5K Run or Walk is an evening event held on Friday, September 18, 2026, in Severance, Colorado. It is a 5K run or walk designed to be a glow-themed night activity.
Event Features
Participants are encouraged to wear glow-in-the-dark material or bring glow sticks. The organizers will provide some glow sticks for decoration and will have lighting along the course. There will be a DJ playing music at the start and finish area.
An after-party is scheduled following the event. Beverages, including non-alcoholic options as well as beer and seltzers, will be available, provided by High Country Beverage.
Course Information
The 5K course starts at the west baseball field within Severance Community Park. The route follows the Great Western Trail and proceeds down Ponderosa to Rangeview Elementary School before returning to the Community Park.
Registration and Swag
Participants have a choice between a Severance Days hat or a short-sleeve performance t-shirt as event swag. The registration price includes a processing fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
