Sevenoaks Circular Challenge
The Sevenoaks Circular Challenge is a walking and running event held in Sevenoaks on Sunday 14 March 2027, starting from West Heath School, Ashgrove Road. This is the 50th running of the event and features three brand new routes that take in views of the North Downs and the Greensand Way.
Course options include:
- 30 miles
- 20 miles
- 14 miles
The 30 miles route includes 4200 ft of ascent and must be completed within 11 hours. Entry is limited to 225 participants. Entries open on 1 October 2026 and close on 2 March 2027. Entry fees differ for LDWA members and non members and vary by distance.
All checkpoints are indoors and offer tea, coffee and cold snacks; hot food is provided at the finish. The entry fee includes refreshments at the start and checkpoints. Dogs are not permitted on site due to school ground rules. Participants should park in the school car park as directed by marshals and carry their own mug as none are provided.
Participants are required to carry a printed route description, maps and a compass; a torch is recommended if finishing late. Route descriptions and GPX files will be available from the Kent Group webpage about one week before the event. The recommended map is OS Explorer 147.
