Entries open 1 October 2025 and close 3 March 2026. The entry limit is 225 and there are 182 participants listed so far. Entry fees vary by distance and membership status; for example, the 30-mile fee is £16 for LDWA members and £22 for non-members. A portion of each entry fee (£1.50) is donated to the school.
Course, facilities and requirements
Three new routes are used this year, taking in sections of the North Downs and the Greensand Ridge. Checkpoints are indoors and provide tea, coffee and cold snacks; hot food is available at the finish. Participants should park in the school car park as directed by marshals. Dogs are not allowed. Entrants must carry a printed route description, maps and a compass; OS Explorer 147 is the recommended map. Route descriptions and GPX files will be available from the Kent Group webpage one week before the event. Certificates are issued to in-time finishers.
