Barking Road Runners - Phipps 5k

The Barking Road Runners - Phipps 5K is a 5-kilometer race held at Barking Park, Essex, as part of the East London FiVes Interclub Series (ELVIS). The event honors former club member Owen Phipps and features a two-lap asphalt course identical to the Barking parkrun route. The race is well-marshalled and signed, with headphones permitted if runners remain aware of their surroundings.
