Barking Road Runners - Phipps 5k

The Barking Road Runners - Phipps 5K is a 5-kilometer race held at Barking Park, Essex, as part of the East London FiVes Interclub Series (ELVIS). The event features a two-lap course on asphalt paths, identical to the Barking parkrun route, and is well marshalled and signed. A free 2k fun run for under-15s is also offered if weather permits.
