Seize the Day, London is an annual fundraising event organized by Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario held at Graham Family Eco Park on Medway Road in Arva, Ontario, near London. The in-person options include a 5K run and a 2.5K walk on a scenic park trail, with 5K runners completing four laps and walkers completing two laps. The event is family-friendly with a post-run BBQ and proceeds supporting epilepsy programs across Southwestern Ontario.
