SEF Arts Fest 5K & Bubble-K Fun Run 21st Annual
The SEF Arts Fest takes place in Sherman, TX at Piner Middle School. The event combines a community 5K run/walk and a shorter Bubble-K fun run, with a virtual "Sleepin' In" option that includes a T-shirt. Proceeds support the Sherman Education Foundation and the Sherman Independent School District; the foundation has operated since 1999 and has raised more than $3 million for SISD students and teachers.

The 5K follows city streets beginning at the intersection of Rusk and Laurel Streets, continuing via King Street, Travis Street, Lake Street (water station), Crockett Street, and back to King and Rusk for the finish. The fun run begins and ends at the same start/finish area on a much shorter route. A bubble foam party follows the shorter run.
Awards and participant items are specified for the 5K. Cash awards are listed for overall and masters categories, and cash winners also receive medals. The top three finishers in each age group receive awards. Age groups start at 9 and under and extend through 80 plus. T-shirts are guaranteed for early registered entries, and the first 250 registered 5K participants receive swag bags. Group discounts apply for parties of five or more.
