The Secret City Half Marathon and 5K takes place in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. There are in-person events on a single day and a subsequent virtual running window.

Course Details
Both the in-person half marathon and 5K start and finish at the Melton Lake Park peninsula. The half marathon course runs along Melton Lake, passes by an operational quarry, and continues along a tree-lined private road before winding through the city of Oak Ridge. It finishes back along the water's edge. The 5K course follows the water's edge along Melton Lake to Elza Gate Park and then returns to the peninsula via a walking trail.
Both courses are USATF certified. The half marathon certification number is TN15066MS, and the 5K certification number is TN15077MS.
Additional Information
The event benefits the organization Keystone. Packet pickup is available on a Thursday before the race at the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce and on race morning at the event site. The organizer's policy states that refunds are not offered, but registration deferrals are allowed until race morning.
