Event Overview
The Seattle Head for the Cure 5K is a community run/walk event supporting brain cancer research and patient programs.
Location
The event takes place at Marymoor Park in Redmond, Washington.
Race Day Activities
The schedule includes a Kids Fun Run and special recognition ceremonies for brain tumor survivors and caregivers following the main 5K race.
Fundraising Purpose
Funds raised benefit several local and national organizations. Local beneficiaries include the UW Medicine Alvord Brain Tumor Center and Seattle Children’s Hospital.
