Seattle 5K : Head for the Cure, 2026
The 13th Annual Head for the Cure 5K in Seattle is a fundraising run/walk held on July 25, 2026 at Marymoor Park in Redmond, Washington. The event raises money for brain tumor research, clinical programs, and education. Funds raised will locally benefit the UW Medicine Alvord Brain Tumor Center, Seattle Children’s Hospital, The Ivy Center for Advanced Brain Tumor Treatment and Research, Path to Hope, and other national brain cancer programs and initiatives.
Race day programming includes day-of packet pick up, a kids fun run, a community photo for brain tumor survivors, and several community recognitions such as awards for caregivers, healthcare professionals, and survivors.
