Seaside Coastal 2025 - RUN YELLOW is a community running event held at Semaphore South Foreshore, Esplanade, Semaphore South SA, Australia on 16 November 2025. The event is in its 10th year and donates part proceeds to the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF). The course runs along a flat coastal bike and walking path and uses an AIMS measured 10.55 km loop. The start and finish are located near the middle of the loop, so participants are never more than approximately 5 km from the aid station.

Race bib and finisher medal are included for all distances. A virtual run option is available for the event day only; virtual entries include a race bib and finisher medal, require recording the run (for example on Strava) showing elapsed or total time, and require collection of items rather than postage. Entry fees listed for the event are: 5 km A$25, 10 km A$30, 15 km A$30, 21.1 km A$35, and virtual run A$25. The event has a yellow theme, with a trophy for the attendee judged to best represent the theme and an encouragement for participants to wear yellow socks.
