13th Annual Seacoast Cancer 5K Run/Walk
The Seacoast Cancer 5K is a community 5-kilometer run and walk held in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with both in-person and virtual participation options. The virtual 5K takes place September 12–19, 2026 and can be completed anytime and anywhere. The in-person event is scheduled for September 20, 2026 at the Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute at the Wentworth-Douglass Portsmouth Outpatient Center, located on the Pease Tradeport at 121 Corporate Drive, Suite 100, Portsmouth, NH. The event is organized as the 13th annual edition and takes place rain or shine.
Registration pricing is tiered by date: $30 for June 4–July 5 (early bird, includes a race t-shirt), $35 for July 6–September 18, and $40 for September 19–20 including online and day of registration. Children under age eight may register free but do not receive a race shirt. Registering by August 22, 2026 guarantees a race shirt; shirts are available in limited quantities after that date.
Event proceeds benefit patient care and wellness services at the Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
