13th Annual Seacoast Cancer 5K Run/Walk
The 13th Annual Seacoast Cancer 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for Sunday, September 20, 2026, at the Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute at the Wentworth-Douglass Portsmouth Outpatient Center on the Pease Tradeport in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. A virtual 5K option takes place September 12 to 19, 2026 and may be completed anytime, anywhere. The event is held rain or shine and offers both in person and virtual registration options.
Registration fees vary by date: $30 from June 4 to July 5 and includes a race t-shirt, $35 from July 6 to September 18, and $40 on September 19 and 20 for online and in-person day of registration. Registrations completed by August 22, 2026 are guaranteed a race shirt; shirts are available in limited quantities after that date. Children under age 8 may register for free and will not receive a race shirt. The course at Pease Tradeport is described as relatively flat.
Proceeds support patient care and wellness services at the Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, providing funds for local patients, families and hospital staff affected by a cancer diagnosis. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
