Seabrook Relay
The Les Schwab Tires Seabrook Relay is a team relay with a looped course that starts and ends in the coastal community of Seabrook, Washington. The course is described as fairly flat, fast, and scenic, and it is organized as separate running and walking events.
Distances include:
- 58.2 mile run
- 38.4 mile walk
Teams consist of 4 to 6 people for both running and walking categories. Registration is open. Entry fees listed are $950 for a running team and $750 for a walking team. Packet pickup is scheduled for May 28 and May 29 with further details posted closer to the event.
Start locations are provided separately for run and walk participants: the run start is at 203 Front St Pacific Beach, WA and the walk start is at 3 Sockeye Road Humptulips, WA. Key administrative dates include a last day to update race paces on May 16, start times posted on May 20, and the relay day on May 30 when safety gear check in is required to receive an official race wrist wrap.
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is the event charity of choice. St. Jude fundraising teams receive benefits such as a waived entry fee, a St. Jude jacket or tech shirt, preferred start times, a dedicated celebration area at the finish line, and complimentary beverages and meals.
