Dugan's Run - Ocean Shores, WA
Dugan's Run takes place on Sunday, March 22, 2026, in Ocean Shores, Washington. The event is hosted at Dugan's Pizza, 690 Ocean Shores Blvd NW, and a portion of the course runs on the Ocean Shores beach. The run has been held since 1985. Races are held in rain or shine, the course is marked with officials and signage, and leashed four-legged companions are allowed. An awards ceremony is held at Dugan's Pizza after the races conclude.
Events, registration and proceeds
- Kids Dash (10 and under) - free registration
- Youth Mile (12 and under) - $20 registration, includes free T-shirt
- 5K (all ages) - $30 registration, includes free T-shirt
Online registration is open from December 20, 2025 through March 20, 2026. In-person registration and bib pick-up are available at Dugan's Pizza on Saturday, March 21 and on race morning, March 22. Children may non-competitively run the 5K with an adult. Participants who want to compete in more than one race must register separately for each race. Proceeds and donations will benefit the North Beach Booster Club, which provides equipment, camp and activity support, and annual scholarships to two HYAK seniors.
