Sea Girt 5K & Kids' Races

The Sea Girt 5K is scheduled for a Saturday in early August. The main event is a 5K race open to runners, walkers, and rollers. The course features live music during the run.

An after-party is held at Fratello's Restaurant & Bar. The event includes a separate schedule of kids' sprint races and children's activities, which can feature pony rides, inflatable attractions, and face painting.

Participants receive a t-shirt. Late registration and t-shirt pickup is available on the Friday afternoon before the race, as well as on Saturday morning before the event starts. All pickup occurs in tents across from Fratello's Restaurant at the start/finish area on The Plaza in Sea Girt.

The race is held regardless of weather, but may be postponed only in cases of dangerous conditions like lightning or a hurricane. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for registrations.
