Event Overview

The Scorton Trail Run offers two distances: a 10 km route and a 15 km route. Both courses take place on Sunday, 10th May 2026.

The Route

The runs are mainly on tracks and fields around the village of Scorton. The routes ascend to the heights of Nicky Nook, offering views over much of Lancashire. Both courses are fully marked. The 10 km route has one checkpoint, and the 15 km route has two.

The event starts at Gubberford Lane in Scorton, Preston. Online entries are open and close on Friday, 8th May 2026. Entry fees are listed for UK Athletics members and non-members for each distance.
