Scorton Trail
The Scorton Trail offers two off-road distances that start and finish in the village of Scorton and run through Lancashire countryside and woodlands. The event takes place on marked trails with chip timing and on-course support.
The race distances are:
- 15k
- 10k
Entry includes a race bib, chip timing, a technical t-shirt and a bespoke finisher medal. The route is fully signed, and free event photos are provided. There is an aid station on course and bottled water available at about 4.3 miles. A bottle collection point is located around 100 metres after the water station and bottles must not be carried beyond that point.
Event facilities including registration, race pack collection, toilets and baggage storage are located within the park venue. Nearest satnav postcode is PR3 1AX. Qualified medics from Remote Medical Services will be on site and all stewards and medics are radio linked. Medical teams prioritise emergencies and serious injuries.
Entry is available via the organiser's online entry portal. Entry fees listed are £30 for the 15k and £25 for the 10k. There may be entries available on the day subject to an additional fee and postal entries are not accepted. Payments are taken by major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
