Scoogië's Oktoberfest 5 Miler, 5k, 2 Mile Jog/Walk & Kids Root Beer Run
Scoogië Events and Well Crafted Beer Company, in partnership with Ambler Yards and Lower Gwynedd Township, present an Oktoberfest celebration run on October 3, 2026 at Ambler Yards / Well Crafted Beer Company, 300 Brookside Avenue, Ambler PA 19002. The event includes multiple distances and a family oriented festival atmosphere with music, yard games, food trucks and an awards ceremony with age group and overall awards.

- Kids Root Beer Run (about 1/4 mile)
Participants receive a finisher's medal and a commemorative Scoogië's Oktoberfest t shirt. Well Crafted Beer Company will provide one complimentary beer to runners age 21 and over at the finish line with ID verification. The after party takes place at Well Crafted Beer Company near the start and finish area.
The course runs through Penn Ambler Park, along Brights Lane, and continues onto the Penllyn Pike Trail and the Dager Road Trail, both part of the Lower Gwynedd Township trail system. Packet pick up is available the day before the event at Well Crafted Beer Company.
The event is limited to 800 runners; registration will close when capacity is reached and may close as early as September 1. T shirt deadline is September 1. This is a rain or shine event. No refunds, transfers or credits will be issued and the organizers may revise or cancel the race for emergency or weather reasons.
