Scone Palace Duathlons 2026
The Scone Palace Duathlons are scheduled at Scone Palace, Perth PH2 6BD. Run segments take place on firm trail paths inside the palace estate and the cycle segments use open country roads in the surrounding area. The event includes Sprint and Standard duathlon formats and separate trail run options.
Distances
- Sprint Duathlon: Run 5 km, Cycle 19 km, Run 2.5 km
- Standard Duathlon: Run 10 km, Cycle 38 km, Run 5 km
There are also 5 km and 10 km trail runs listed alongside the duathlon races. Route maps are available to view; cycle routes may be subject to change due to roadworks.
The transition area is secure and restricted to competitors. Race number and bike number correspond to racking spots. Small bags or boxes are permitted inside transition. Bike numbers must be attached and helmets must be visible before entering transition. Bib and bike numbers will be checked before exiting transition.
Timing is provided by live chip timing via Timing Up North. All finishers receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, and a snack and drink. An event T shirt is available to purchase for £12. On site parking is charged at £3 per vehicle. The event is open to entrants aged 17 and over on the date of the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
