Event overview
The Scone Palace Duathlons take place at Scone Palace, Perth on 26 April 2026. The event includes Sprint and Standard duathlon formats and also hosts separate 5 km and 10 km trail runs. Entrants must be aged 17 or over on the event date. The running legs use firm trail paths within the palace estate and the cycling legs use open country roads in the surrounding area. Route maps are available to view and cycle routes may be subject to change due to roadworks. Live chip timing will be provided by Timing Up North. All finishers receive an event medal, event merchandise, a snack and a drink. An event T-shirt is available to purchase. On-site parking is available for a fee.
Distances and race logistics
- Sprint Duathlon: Run 5 km, Cycle 19 km, Run 2.5 km
- Standard Duathlon: Run 10 km, Cycle 38 km, Run 5 km
Transition area details: secure area for competitors only; race number and bike number determine racking spot; small bags or boxes are permitted inside transition; bike number must be attached and helmet visible before entering; bib and bike numbers will be checked before exiting transition.
