Schoolhouse Hustle 10K / 5K / 1M Run/Walk
The Schoolhouse Hustle is scheduled for April 11, 2026 at CREST School, 2600 S Panther Pride Dr., Lecanto, FL 34461. This is the 13th annual edition and is part of the Education Foundation's Educational Fitness month, which raises funds for public education and highlights healthy minds and bodies.

- Virtual run option for 10K 5K or 1 Mile
Participants receive an event shirt and a custom finisher medal. Registrations count toward the Spirit Participation Contest for Citrus County public schools. All participants are encouraged to register with a school name and wear school colors. The school with the most participants and the school with the highest participant to student ratio will each receive a $1,000 grant.
There is also a group award for the company or organization with the most participants. Bus transportation to and from the race site will be available from Citrus County schools for students and families; sign up for this option is required by April 8. Early packet pickup will be held the day before the event at Gulf to Lake Marine and Trailers, 700 S Thompson Ave, Lecanto.
