The Renegade Rehab Run takes place on Sunday, January 18, 2026, in Lecanto, FL, on the Suncoast Trail at 4587 W Seahawk Court. This inaugural event offers multiple distance options.

Course and amenities
The course is fully paved on the Suncoast Trail and includes a few rolling hills. Water and aid stations are provided at every mile. All participants receive a custom finisher medal, an event shirt, and a commemorative bib. Post-race food and drinks are available.
Relay format and logistics
Relay teams may be two- or four-person teams. Two-person teams run two legs of 13.1 miles each. Four-person teams run four legs of 6.55 miles each. Transportation to and from the start area and timing points is provided. Team runners who complete their leg wait at a relay corral just outside the finish area and may join the last runner for the finish to receive participant medals together.
Entries, fees and beneficiaries
Current entry fees listed are $100 for the marathon, $70 for the half marathon, $200 for the marathon relay, and $35 for the 5K. Some events have minimum age requirements. Prices increase after January 4, 2026. The event is funded by local medical and rehabilitation organizations, and proceeds benefit the Citrus County Sheriff Foundation Group, Inc., a fund to support deputies injured in the line of duty and their families.
