Registration and Entry
The main 5k event is open to participants aged 1 to 99. There is a discounted registration price for ages 1 to 20. Registration includes a long-sleeve t-shirt, a collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that also functions as a wine stopper, a race bib for chip timing, and online results. Wine is not included in the registration fee and must be purchased separately via an add-on ticket.
Course and Timing
The course takes participants through the vineyard grounds, described as a scenic tour. The terrain is noted as mostly grass with some pavement and includes several turns. The event is timed and scored by J3 Timing, with results posted online. Age group awards are offered for the top three finishers in ten-year categories.

The event has a charity partner, Nik's Wish. Packet pickup occurs on race day, starting one hour before the event. Strollers and dogs on leashes are permitted, though strollers are not recommended due to uneven ground. A virtual participation option is available.
