Scarecrow 2.0 in Exeter
Scarecrow 2.0 is a community running event based in Exeter with a start at Exeter City Park and a course that passes through downtown alongside the scarecrows. The event offers multiple distances for adults and children and includes amenities for participants and spectators.

The event provides a finisher medal, free race photos, a Svenhard's danish for each finisher, a Scarecrow 2.0 T-shirt, chip timing and a finisher certificate, and free drinks. There is a costume contest with judges and awards for the top two scarecrows, live DJ music in the park, and age group awards for male and female finishers in these categories: 0-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. An aid station will offer Lemon Zing hydration sponsored by Hidrate and Artletic Apparel. A portion of event funds and additional donations will be given to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sequoias, an organization that serves more than 3,200 youth in Tulare County each year.
