Event
The 35th Annual Say No To Drugs Holiday Classic is scheduled for January 3, 2026 in Clearwater, Florida. The event is based at Coachman Park (300 Drew Street, Clearwater, FL 33755). The course is an out-and-back route that crosses the Memorial Causeway Bridge and returns to Coachman Park. The 1-mile kids race circles Coachman Park and is supported by race marshals. A post-race expo will include raffle giveaways. Long-sleeved tech shirts and finisher medals are offered.
Distances and fees
- 5K: $45, open to ages 13 and older.
- 10K: $45, open to ages 13 and older.
- 1 Mile Kids Race: $12, open to ages 12 and under.
- 5K Kids (12 & under): $20, open to ages 5 - 12.
- 10K Kids (12 & under): $20, open to ages 5 - 12.
- Virtual Race: $30.
Logistics and charity
Virtual Race participants receive a race shirt, medal and bib; these items are available only at packet pick-up locations and will not be mailed. Packet pick-up is offered at two locations: Fit2Run at Clearwater Mall (2675 Gulf to Bay Blvd) and DICK’S Sporting Goods - Countryside (US Hwy 19 North). Financial support comes from local businesses and entry fees. After expenses, available proceeds are donated to local charities and children’s organizations. Donations have been given to groups such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Challenged Athletes Foundation and Police Athletic League.
