Ooops I Ran It Again - North is organised by Saturn Running and takes place on 19 July 2026 at Herrington Country Park, Chester Road, Penshaw, New Herrington, Houghton-le-Spring, DH4 7EL. The event is run as a 7 hour Time Challenge so participants may choose how many laps to complete. The minimum recorded distance for a finisher is 3 km. A full lap is listed as 7 km (4.37 miles) but may change to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions. Lap counts given are: 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or more for an ultra. UK Athletics age restrictions apply for some distances.

Facilities and awards

Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a Britney-themed medal. Distance pins are available for half-marathon distance and above, including Half-Marathon, Mega-Half, Marathon, 50km and Ultra pins; one pin is attached to the medal ribbon. Finishers receive a goody bag, with a vegan option on request. There is an aid table and drinks table at the start/finish of each lap offering drinks and snacks, including vegan options. Toilets and parking are available at the venue. A bag-drop area is provided but is not secure. Headphones are allowed. The course uses public footpaths and participants should be considerate of other path users. Entry fees are listed between £18 and £29.
