About the race
The Snow Globe Gallop - North, hosted by Saturn Running, takes place at Durham Amateur Rowing Club along the scenic River Wear, offering views of Durham Cathedral. This trail run features a flexible 7-hour time challenge where participants can run multiple laps of a 4.37-mile (7km) course, with shorter turn points for younger runners. Distances range from a minimum 3km up to ultra distances including 50km.
The fully signed course welcomes all abilities, including walkers. Finishers receive themed medals and distance pins, with vegan-friendly goody bags and aid stations offering a variety of snacks and drinks.
