Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge - Staines-upon-Thames

Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge – Staines-upon-Thames (Fraggle Run) is a seven-hour running event along the River Thames at The Last Hop in Staines. Runners choose distance by laps: a minimum 3 km per lap; a full lap is 7 km or 3.28 miles depending on conditions. You may complete as many laps as you wish within seven hours, with milestones: 3 laps = half marathon, 6 = marathon, 7+ = ultra; a 50 km option is available.

The flat, signposted course runs on paths and tarmac with a short grass section. Medals, distance pins (Half, Mega-Half, Marathon, 50km, Ultra), vegan goody bag, aid tables, toilets, parking. Headphones allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
