The event takes place on December 14, 2025, at Battersea Park, London. The village is based at The Bandstand, Battersea Park, SW11 4NJ. Distances offered are:

- 5k
Entry fees are listed at £24 - £26 for individual entries. Age limits apply: the 10k is open to those aged 15 and over; the 5k is open to those aged 11 and over.
Course, logistics and facilities
The course is a 5 km loop; 10k runners complete two loops and 5k runners complete one loop. An interactive route map is provided by the organiser. Water is available on the route at the lap point.
Included with entry are a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing. Race numbers can be collected at the event village registration tent; participants should not expect items to be mailed. Registration on the day might be available.
Medical cover is provided. A bag drop is available; the race number contains a tear-off strip to attach to items left with the organisers. Toilets are provided near the start/finish area. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. Event photography is expected to be available, usually within 24 hours.
Spectators are permitted around the start/finish area and the route. Personal dogs are not allowed, except registered medical assistance dogs subject to prior approval. The event is suitable for buggies, pushchairs and wheelchairs; organisers request contact for specialised equipment. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited.
