About the race
The Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge in Durham, known as the Snow Globe Gallop, is a trail running event held at the Durham Amateur Rowing Club along the scenic River Wear, offering views of the Cathedral. Participants can run laps of a 4.37-mile (7km) course, with options to complete distances from a minimum of 3km up to ultra distances, including half marathon, marathon, and 50km challenges. The course is fully signed and suitable for all abilities, including walkers.
