Run Newcastle Valentines takes place on 15 February 2026 at Newcastle’s Town Moor with Race HQ at Exhibition Park, Claremont Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 4PZ. The event is held on traffic-free, mainly tarmac paths and carries a Run Britain licence. The course is described as flat; the half marathon comprises just over four laps of the measured circuit, the 10k is two laps and the 5k is one lap. Logistics and rules

Race HQ and registration are based at Wylam Brewery / Palace of Arts in Exhibition Park. Bag drop and toilets are located by the Exhibition Park entrance to the Town Moor. Minimum ages are specified per race (for example 11 for many 5k events, 15 for 10k, 17 for the half marathon). The organiser prohibits wheeled devices, pets, artificial aids and items that may affect safety, including headphones.
