Saskatoon Running Festival 2026
The Saskatoon Running Festival 2026 takes place the weekend of April 25 and 26 at Gordie Howe Sports Complex (Event Centre) in Saskatoon. The festival is presented by Craven SPORT Services and is the event's second edition. Main race distances occur on Sunday April 26, while the Kids Dash for children under 12 is scheduled for Saturday April 25.
All net proceeds from the festival are donated to Prairie Run Crew, an Indigenous not-for-profit that visits First Nation communities to promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Participants may select event swag such as a t-shirt or hoodie, or choose the Green Bib option to decline swag and direct a larger share of their fee to the charity.
There is no finisher medal this year. Instead, each participant receives a metal reusable cup at the finish line; Kids Dash finishers receive the cup filled with candy. Saturday activities include a shake-out run, seminars on running, yoga, and package pick-up options. Package pick-up is also available at the start line for out-of-town participants on the race weekend.
