Sargent Lions Club 5K Fun Run/Walk - Sargent, TX
The Sargent Lions Club 5K Fun Run/Walk takes place Saturday, November 21, 2026 at Mike Leebron Park, 716 Caney Drive, Sargent, TX 77414. The course is a flat, paved route and carries USATF certification code TX22052LAB. Both runs use FAT timing with camera timing.
There are two separate 5K events. One is intended for runners seeking a certified time. The second is a fun run open to families, children, joggers, and walkers.
On-site amenities include parking and restrooms. A water station will be available at approximately the halfway point of the course. Early packet pick up is scheduled Friday, November 20 from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm at Mike Leebron Park. Race day packet pick up begins at 7:30 am at the same location.
Registration fees vary by date: $30 through October 31, 2026 (guarantees event shirt), $45 through November 17, 2026 (no shirt), and $50 on the day of the race (no shirt). Awards are presented after each race to the top three finishers male and female in these age groups: 14 and under, 15-18, 19-29, 30-49, and 50 plus.
