About the race
Santas on the Run XI is a holiday running event at JFK School in Spring Valley (999 N Strong Ave) on November 28, 2026. It offers a certified measured 5K and a separate one mile walk.

The event benefits the Hall Township Food Pantry. Participants are asked to bring non perishable food items; each two items donated earn one entry in a raffle for prizes and gift certificates. Monetary proceeds also support the food pantry.
Pre-registrants may choose one apparel item: a hoodie, sweatshirt, or long sleeve T shirt. The listed registration fee for each event was $30. Packet pick up and registration are scheduled for Friday November 27 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, with additional day of packet pick up and registration from 8:30 to 9:30 AM.
The 5K course is a certified measured route that is mostly flat with two gentle hills. Timing will use chips and computerized results. Awards will be given to overall male and female top finishers and 1st through 3rd in age groups from 6 and under through 70 and over; awards will be Christmas ornaments. Water or goodie stops are located at mile 1 and near mile 1.7. Holiday goodie stops will include cookies, candy, and hot chocolate. Traffic control will be provided.
