Race day packet pick-up is available at Veteran's Park. Packet shipping is also available. The Westin Milwaukee is listed as the official host hotel. Organizers encourage public transportation and carpooling.
Logistics and awards
Participants receive event apparel, a finisher medal, and holiday-themed accessories. A race store offers additional merchandise and race add-ons that can be picked up at early packet pick-up or at the on-site store tent.
Awards are presented to the Top 3 overall male and female finishers in each event. Age group awards are given to the first-place male and female in these categories: 10 and under; 11-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+. Age group awards will not be announced and can be claimed at the awards tent. No awards are given for the Kids Dash. Unclaimed awards may be mailed for a $15.95 fee; all awards must be claimed by December 31, 2025. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
