Santa Claus Classic 10K at Callaway Gardens
The Santa Claus Classic takes place on November 22, 2026 at Callaway Gardens, Robin Lake Beach in Pine Mountain, GA. The event is routed through the Callaway Gardens "Fantasy in Lights" display and passes themed sections described as marshmallow, chocolate, candy cane, and mistletoe miles.
The organizer describes the course as very easy and open to runners, walkers, and strollers. The finish is located on the beach path beneath the pavilion. Packet pick up is provided on site the same day at the Robin Lake pavilion or circus tent. T shirts and finisher medals are not guaranteed for those who register late.
Safety measures note that trolleys and slow moving vehicles may be on the course for the final miles, so participants must wear visible lights or reflective gear and are advised to carry a flashlight for the darker final stretch. The path will be lit for direction. Parking is available in the Robin Lake parking area. Admission to Callaway Gardens is free for athletes and spectators while drive through or trolley experiences for lights require separate booking and fees through Callaway Gardens.
Aid stations are placed along the route, about five to six in number, offering water and Cerasport. Awards are given to the top three in each age group across male and female divisions. Refunds are not offered; deferrals may be considered with documentation and at organizer discretion. Race management may modify or cancel the event for hazardous conditions.
