Santa Clarita Marathon
The Santa Clarita Marathon is a multi-distance road event run along Santa Clarita paseos and the city bike path, with the start and finish at Heritage Park, 24155 Newhall Ranch Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91355. The course is USATF certified with certificate number CA23032TEB and is listed as a Boston qualifier. The route uses dedicated paseo and bike-path corridors with no auto traffic on course and is described as having gentle rolling hills while also being walker friendly.

All finishers receive a finisher medal, a premium sublimated finisher shirt, a premium runner's hat with the event logo, and a reusable tote bag. The event features a post race expo where runners are provided a free plate of street tacos; additional plates and family food tickets are available for purchase for $8 each.
An early start option is available for marathon runners who notify the organizers in advance; early starters should be prepared to manage their own water during the initial portion of the course because not all water stations are in place immediately. The event uses a cupless water station system for safety and environmental reasons; reusable cups are available for purchase at packet pickup or race check-in.
