Event Overview
The Santa Clarita Marathon takes place on November 15, 2026, in Santa Clarita, California. The course uses the city's paseos and bike path, featuring gentle rolling hills. Race Details

A generous 7-hour time limit is in place for the marathon. An early start option at 6:00 AM is available for marathon participants who notify organizers in advance. The course is closed to auto traffic and is described as mostly flat and walker-friendly.
Participant Perks
All runners receive a package of items, including a custom sublimated finisher shirt, a runner's hat with the event logo, a finisher medal, and a reusable tote bag. Post-race, runners are awarded a free plate of street tacos; additional plates can be purchased. The event uses cup-less water stations for safety and environmental reasons; runners can bring their own cup or purchase a reusable one for $3.
Awards and Recognition
