Santa Clarita Marathon
The Santa Clarita Marathon is a road race event held at Heritage Park along the Santa Clarita bike path, 24155 Newhall Ranch Rd, Santa Clarita, CA. Distances offered include:

An early start option is available for half marathon participants; those who elect this option must notify organizers in advance so their bib can be included in official timing. Early starters should plan to be self sufficient for the first hour because not all water stations may be fully staffed early in the day, and runners using the early option should know the course beforehand.
The course is mostly flat with some gentle rolling sections and has no auto traffic on race route. Aid stations are provided, and the event uses cup less water stations with foot pedal dispensers; reusable cups are available for purchase at packet pickup. Portable toilets are placed on course roughly every 1.5 miles, with additional bathrooms at the park. The marathon carries a generous seven hour time limit, and awards are given to top overall finishers, top age group finishers in each distance, and top teams.
