Ring in the New Year 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon - Simi Valley
The event takes place on January 3, 2027 at Rancho Simi Park in Simi Valley. It uses an open, shared trail and path; participants should be courteous to pedestrians, runners, and cyclists. The course is marked and consists of out and back loops.
Distances offered:
- 5k (1 loop)
- 10k (2 loops)
- 15k (3 loops)
- Half marathon (3 x 4.37 mile loops)
Aid stations are located at every loop for the 5k, 10k, 15k and half marathon. The half marathon has a 3 hour 15 minute time limit; an early start may be available on request to the organizer.
Included with registration are custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, free videos, age group awards, live results at finish, free photos by bib, cinematic race highlight reels, trophies and achievement badges, an Ascend Index ranking, and a free A Better World Running app. The event also provides an assortment of snacks and samples.
Race day registration is available with multiple payment methods and the posted race day fees are 5k $35, 10k $40, 15k $45, and half marathon $50. Transfers are allowed only by contacting the organizer and there is a no refund policy. Parking at Rancho Simi Park is free and bib pick up is available on the morning of the event.
