Event Overview
The Master's University Winter 5K is a running event held on Saturday, January 23, 2027, in Santa Clarita, California. The event includes three separate races: a Kids K, a 5K Challenge, and a 5K Run/Walk.
Distances
- Kids K: Open to participants aged 13 and under.

Course and Location
The event starts and finishes on Pete Reese Field at The Master's University North Campus, located at 24736 Quigley Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita. The course starts on the north campus and winds through the Placerita Canyon and Quigley Canyon Open Space areas before returning to the start. The route is described as scenic and entirely flat with varying terrain.
Registration and Logistics
Check-in and packet pickup begins at 7 AM at the North Campus and ends at the start of each race. Packets include a race number, timing chip, and an event t-shirt, though sizes are not guaranteed for registrations after December 15, 2026.
Free parking is available in several campus lots (P1, P2A, P2B, P2C, P4, and the Centennial lot), but not in the North Campus lot (P3). Carpooling is recommended.
All participants receive an event t-shirt and a medallion. Prizes are awarded to overall male and female winners and by age group for the 5K Challenge. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
