The event takes place on September 20, 2026 at San Pedro Valley Park, 600 Oddstad Blvd, Pacifica, CA 94044. The main distance is a 5K run held on trails and some paved path; a separate kids run is also listed.

The course is closed to vehicle traffic and includes rolling and steep sections that lead into flatter terrain. The opening mile follows an uphill switchback single track, the middle mile offers views from the trail, and the third mile is a flat, fast finish.
Parking is available as paid parking inside the park entrance; parking in adjacent neighborhoods is an option. Parking is not permitted at St. Peter's Church next to the park and violators will be ticketed or towed.
For insurance reasons the organizer does not allow baby joggers, pets, or the use of headphones. All participants receive a finisher ribbon, and place ribbons are awarded to the top five overall men and top five overall women.
The event is organized by DSE Runners. The event is held rain or shine and the organizer states there are no refunds. The entry fee listed for the 5K is $10. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
