Awards, entry and policies
All finishers receive a medal. Awards are given 1st through 4th for all distances. Age group categories range from 14 and under up to 90 plus. First overall male and female, first overall masters, and first overall super masters are based on gun time. Age group awards are based on chip time because starts use waves. The event lists no refunds. Transfers carry a fee ($20 two days before the race, $30 the day before) and are not allowed after race day. A 50% entry discount is noted for participants 16 and younger and for participants aged 70 and older; combining discount codes is not permitted.
